Warm Radicchio Salad

  • Ingredients

    • Leaves of 1 radicchio
    • 5 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
    • 1/2 clove of grated garlic
    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon of honey
    • 20g boursin goat cheese
    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half

    Start by making the sauce, to do this, mix the balsamic vinegar, grated garlic, honey, Brazil nut oil and set aside.

    In a non-stick frying pan, grill the radicchio leaves until they wilt slightly.

    In a bowl, mix the grilled leaves, tomato, sauce and finally the cheese. Serve while still warm.
