Açaí Sauce

Arboreto Premium Oils
  • Ingredients

    • 100g pure açaí pulp, unsweetened and defrosted
    • 4 tablespoons of açaí oil
    • 2 tablespoons of sugarcane molasses
    • 2 tablespoons lemon or apple cider vinegar
    • Salt to taste
  • Recipe

    In a bowl, place all the ingredients and, using a whisk, mix well until you have a homogeneous sauce. If you are preparing larger quantities, you can blend them in a blender.

    Serve as a salad dressing, roasted vegetables or drier meats.
