Arboreto Premium Oils
  • Ingredients

    • First part:
    • 10g baker’s yeast
    • ⅔ cup warm water
    • 1 tablespoon cane molasses
    • ¼ cup wheat flour
    • Second part:
    • ½ cup warm water
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup açaí oil
    • 2 medium steamed beets
    • 2–3 cups wheat flour
    • 2 tablespoons chia
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • Molasses to brush on top

    Mix ingredients from the first part and let rest for 30 minutes. Blend beets with water and oils, then mix with the first part, add salt and flour gradually until dough no longer sticks to hands. Let rise 40–60 min, bake at 200°C for 50 min, brush with molasses, sprinkle chia, and bake 10 more minutes.
